- Return of non-defective products – The right of unjustified withdrawal from the customer.
The customer retains the right to return products purchased, according to the law on consumer protection, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
There can be no backtracking and the refund is not permitted
1) For special orders
2) Where the products are modified after customer’s request
3) Damage caused by the opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.
Returns will be accepted strictly only if the following conditions are met:
1) The product is unworn and in its original pristine condition. The audit will be performed by the responsible of our online store
2) The product packaging has not been altered or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
3) The product is returned to secure packaging to avoid damaging during transportation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product.
4) Along with the product returned intact and in excellent condition and all documents accompanying the product (original sales receipt / invoice, warranty, manual or any other accompanying materials)
5) If the product is accompanied by a gift, you will be returned the gift with the product, also in excellent condition this and forms that may accompany it.
6) The customer exercises his right of withdrawal within the above period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The customer must return the products in a safe container so they are protected during shipping to our address, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced at the above, in our shop the decision to withdraw.
The return is the responsibility of the customer. The Company are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
The refund will be made without penalty through the company courier DHL. If the product is returned with another courier service or by other means return costs will be borne by the customer and our online store you will not receive the products if these costs are not already covered by the customer. If you do not meet the above and the product does not meet the above requirements will not be acceptable for return of the product and the product will be sent back to the client-sender with the same charge.

For safety reasons the beneficiary account number needs to be the same person on your sales receipt for the returned product.
Please note that no refunds are given from items bought in our physical store.
No delivery will be reimbursed if you have opted for a type of delivery other than a standard delivery offered free in our store.
We do not refund bank charges incurred in the transaction.
- Returns products that are damaged or of poor quality or wrong product was delivered.
